Launching an inaugural festival meant building credibility from zero in a market already saturated with established beer events, with no previous attendance data or brand recognition to leverage for ticket sales. Every decision would set precedents for future years. We developed a comprehensive brand identity that worked across all touchpoints—from tasting glasses to digital marketing—creating instant recognition for a festival that didn't yet exist.
By integrating Eventbrite ticketing with a compelling landing page and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy, we built anticipation and trust simultaneously. Our involvement in planning and execution ensured brand consistency from first announcement through event day, while custom merchandise and professional photography created assets that would build momentum for year two.
The best festivals don't just happen; they're built with the future in mind from day one.
The inaugural Blvd Beer Fest demonstrated that successful events emerge when branding and execution are inseparable from the planning process. By treating the first year as both a festival and a brand launch, we created more than just an event—we established a foundation strong enough to become an annual tradition.
Next projects.
